While Larry was nice, and fairly well spoken, neither myself nor my husband were hypnotized. We both discussed how relaxed we felt, but it definitely do not work for either of us unfortunately.

It worked once …
I went to Mark Patrick stop smoking seminar 22 years ago and it worked! Now I am almost 50 years old and the weight has piled on, so why not try it again. It is only been a day, but I can tell you already. I have taken many of the tactics and it is going well. I do have faith.

Overall good experience
Overall, a good experience. Presenter spoke pretty fast so I couldn’t always understand him. Also the New Jersey style/attitude can be a little off putting. Still, he seemed very sincere and his personal background story was uplifting.

I am officially a non-smoker!
I was very skeptical going into this. I had been smoking more than half my life, more than 25 years and I thought there was no way in hell this was going to work for me. I had tried numerous other ways (chantix, patches, gum, vaping, even cold turkey) over the past 10 years trying to quit, nothing worked for me. I honestly thought if this doesn't work atleast I only paid $50 and the website had a money back guarantee. So my friend and I went, we smoked on the way there, and even went out on the break and smoked but since the hypnosis I have not smoked or used nicotine in any form. I couldn't be more impressed. I believe the gentleman who performed the session was named Larry. He was amazing. I have been recommending Mark Patrick Seminars to anyone who will listen. The last cigarette I smoked was June 21st 2024 at about 9pm during our break because the hypnosis session lasts about 2 hours. I threw all my vapes away that night and gave my pack of cigarettes away about 10 days later. I have no desire to smoke, and the only issue I had was a little bit of anxiety the first week. If you are on the fence just do it you won't regret it.

Awesome Presentation!!!
I thought a Larry was an awesome speaker very knowledgeable on what he was presenting. He provided suggestions to help with weight loss that I hadn’t thought of. He does speak a bit fast and that’s ok but I feel that is my only negative thought as I am trying to comprehend the first part he’s on to something else. Awesome awesome presenter and would recommend to my friends and family. Even if people are skeptical about hypnosis the presentation part is worth hearing. Great job!!!

Very informational
Very informational, in total agreement with what my holistic chiropractors has been telling me. But I do feel the presentation was not long enough! This should be more like a 4 hour seminar in order to cover topic more thoroughly

I received the missing pieces of maintaining a healthy balance and the secret to losing weight.
I received a lot of information about why I don’t lose weight. It was very informative and the gentleman was patient and kind. However I forgot an important part about our cells and how they work. Please let me know so I can become healthier. It was a diagram and it made Perfect sense!
