I bought a medium sized bracelet and it was a bit tight on my wrist. Regardless of the good quality of the bracelet, the bracelet popped after few weeks. So I contacted the customer service about my issue and they sent me a new free bracelet within a week.

Ordered 3 weeks ago and until now we didn't receive anything, sent them messages and no reply, spoke to someone from their Facebook messenger and said that will get back to me and nothing. Is this kind of a scam? At least refund our money back.

Amazing!
Purchased yin yang bracelet for my boyfriend in December and he LOVES it! The quality of the bracelet is amazing and it still looks like new. Customer service was very nice, fast and helped me with my questions about the sizing and delivery.
Will be definitely buying from Marssos again.

I'VE ORDERED FROM THE WEBSITE AND PAID ALL AMOUNT AND NO ITEMS RECEIVED AND NO ONE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE REPLY ON MY EMAILS AND NO TRACKING NUMBER.

SPAM FAKE WEBSITE
It’s spam and fake website.
I’ve purchased 2 bracelets and completed the payment and they they informed me that it will take 5-7 days only for delivery.
It has been 3 months and I didn’t receive them. I’ve tried to contact the customer service and sent to them more that 20 emails and no any reply.
It’s spam and fake website stealing peoples money.
DON’T USE THE WEBSITE TO BUY ANYTHING
