The fan was exactly as advertised and it arrived quickly.
I first came across MartExplore through a ChatGPT search and was a bit skeptical since I had never heard of them before. Despite that, I went ahead and ordered a paint spray gun.
When i reached out because i didnt see an update on the shipment they notified me that “We tried to process your order, but our supplier found a mismatch between actual stock and their system records”. At first I was upset, but I received a refund instantly—no hassle. That level of responsiveness really put me at ease.
Because of that experience, I pushed back my project and reordered the device. The pricing is extremely competitive, and more importantly, I felt reassured knowing I wouldn’t have any issues getting a refund if needed. I recommended the site to my husband for his projects. Overall, a good experience only caveat is that if you are relying on something that is 100% in stock and on a time crunch it might be a hit or miss— but i still thank them for the quick responses and prompt action!

Here is what they said when I pressed them for a shipping date, I had heard nothing from them for 8 days until I pressed them. MartExplore.com: "We tried to process your order, but our supplier found a mismatch between actual stock and their system records. We had to cancel the order to avoid leaving you waiting without a clear timeline.
No charge was taken — your bank will release the hold within 5–10 business days.
We apologize for the inconvenience." Never told me they canceled the order. I won't use them again.

Like many have warned, this company doesn't have the product that you're paying for on the site. They play a waiting game saying the order is "processing". Mine processed for a week. When I told them I needed a tracking number or I was going to cancel, they cancelled my order. Complete waste of time. Now I have to start over getting my chair. Don't buy from this company.

My experience with MARTExplore was a little shaky at first and a a little shady, order did not go out as planned, but they have great communication they get back to you within 12 to 24 hours after you email them. I thought this company was a scam. They prove me wrong after seeing the product that I order It was amazing brand new right from the warehouse of Williams Sonoma. Only glitch they didn’thave is my name was not on the tracking order. I came still track it with the tracking number but that’s OK I was still able to track the the order. When the order came, I was very surprised how nice the product pack. William Sonoma did amazing job packing and shipping this order once they got the shipping label and tracking number right? I received my order in three daysI Will I ordered from.MartExplore again yes but I think I’ll have a little bit more patient plus I got a better deal than what I would’ve got from Amazon. I'm glad to have intersected on my search to find this company to get great discount and Swift delivery within a week being in California and the company is in Florida! I was skeptical from reading some of the reviews about the correspondence and experiencing negligence from the seller, but I am grateful my transaction went very well and I received my goods in timely fashion! Lowest price on the web for specific speakers I was looking for. I was a little concerned as I hadn't heard of them before but there is nothing to be worried about. I was unable to track the package but they responded to my emails promptly with updates. The package arrived new in the box and the item is flawless. I would use them again.

This is a scam site that uses stolen account information to steal products and sell them from a remote location. The local authorities as well as interstate theft authorities have been contacted. They have more than one site up and running, buyer beware! These criminals are getting good but they have been identified and merchants have been notified.
Do not trade with these people they do not have your best interest at heart. Their heart is full of evil intent! Why not be honest ? I think they believe that they cannot be honest. In business. That means one thing they could be involved with a terrorist cell trying to raise money for weapons or drugs. Beware! Receiving stolen merchandise is a crime also.
Just tried to call the number provided and there is a recorded message that the number is not available. So how can we have a civil discussion? I used a different phone and the call goes thru? You wanted picture of the damage I sent them. Now you want a video of the damage? I have done what was required to send this damaged sink back. What is your reason for not contacting me with the required info to return it to you. I do not want a damaged piece. Option, send another one and have the driver pick up the damaged one.

Got the product as ordered. Took about a week before it shipped, and the Amazon tracking link emailed to me did not work.
I had to email their support to determine the expected delivery date, and they responded within a day.
Great support and great price in return for slow shipping.

UPDATE- 3/20/26:
Your company is based out of FL but the item shipped from AZ, when I spoke w UPS they specified that the item was not damaged before or after your return to sender was requested.
And the item was re-routed back to MS instead of AZ. Also, you get a UK phone number when looking further into payment information on your company.
Between my experience and the other reviews citing way too many anomalies and issues, something is clearly fraudulent.
I've switched my billing info and got a new card sent out to prevent any possible issues in the future.
This is the price to pay for trying to save a few bucks and going against my better judgment.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
2 days from expected delivery, and they had UPS return the item to them!
They of course still have my payment in full.
I should've known better but was foolish.
