I have had an extremely frustrating experience with this company. What started as a normal grocery order turned into an almost two-month ordeal.

Several times, orders were canceled or deleted without any proper explanation. When I contacted the seller to ask what was wrong, I often received no response. On some occasions, I received only a few words that were so unclear that I had to guess (unsuccessfully) what was meant. I now believe the owner is using really, really bad written Norwegian as a way to escape problems.

Different explanations were given at different stages, including shipping problems, refrigerated goods and missing stock. Despite repeatedly asking for clarification, I was unable to get a clear and consistent explanation of what was actually preventing the order from being fulfilled.

It was only after nearly two months, and after I made clear that I would take legal action if the contract was not honored, that the seller finally admitted that the website had calculated the delivery costs incorrectly and that this was the reason for the canceled orders. The recipient has very limited mobility, which is why door delivery was essential and paid for. Despite this, the seller said door delivery was too expensive for him and sent the parcel to a pickup point instead, no matter what the contract said. Some items were also missing, but despite repeatedly asking, I was never told which items or how many were missing.
I was even blamed for the problems by the owner because I continued trying to place orders after he repeatedly gave me absurd excuses or no explanation at all and just canceled my orders, rather than simply giving up, as he had expected.

I eventually canceled the purchase and requested a full refund.

The problem was not one isolated mistake, but the whole process: canceled orders, poor communication, changing explanations, failure to provide the delivery service I had paid for, missing items, and an extraordinary amount of unnecessary time, effort, and frustration.
