Never recieved my goods I purchased, Have emailed the company three times and not had any response at all.

Had to resort to asking bank for a refund as I've been completely ignored by the company.

I had recently left a bad review about this company but got to be honest the item did eventually arrive after 2 weeks not 4 to 5 working days but im still anoid that there was no communication from the company or any replies when I was trying to contact them also the item was from Ireland not Croydon where they are advertised from and another named company that wasn't mary janes dont think I will use them again

I am loathe to give this company 1 star as they do not deserve it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM. I ordered a vape as a present for my dad and despite contacting them via their web page they have ignored any request for a refund or the goods. The info@ email address just bounces back and the auto reply email never gives a response. £69.99 poorer, not money I can afford to lose.

Order a vape with next day delivery, did not arrive for 5 days. I was then charged a week later for exactly the same amount as the order, only I did not make a second order. I asked them to refund the payment but was told they could not see a second transaction. I provide proof of the payment and was told they would need to contact their bank. I waited and chased multiple times but Mary Jane vapes stop replying. I have had to contact my bank to get the money back.

Asked a question about a product earlier in the week as I was dubious if legit, still no reply, also says it accepts PayPal but no option when I tried to order only cashflow payment, needless to say I didn't order from them

Awful.
Ordered an item with next day delivery. Over a week later and it's not been dispatched. No reply to my email. Going to chargeback next week if I've not heard from them. Scammers.

Ordered yesterday, paid for Evri tracked (1-2 working days). Was informed via email my parcel has been sent and tracking number was provided.

The tracking number is NOT for Evri, it is a Royal Mail tracking code (I have worked for Royal Mail for years so I know). I have sent multiple emails regarding this, in an attempt to obtain the correct tracking number. Not a single response via their online chat bot, email or phone. Will give it another day before requesting a refund through the bank.

All in all, I’d avoid. Stinks of scam.

excellent service as always from mary jane vapes. The wohw is a superb bit of kit it hits like freight train it's easy to put together just plug the coil in and screw it down to the housing then the power plug and your done. absolutely love it I've hot everything I need in one unit would definitely recommend you get one you won't regret it.I also got both the micro dosing bowl attachment and the original both are great bits of glass.

Really happy I found this shop, great service from the company, a real hidden gem.

Personally dispatched the same day, and delivered on a Sunday (DPD), faster than Amazon prime.

The price I paid for my order was 20% cheaper than elsewhere on the market, I was extremely hesitant about ordering from here due to lack of reviews etc, but I am really happy I did. I will be back for sure.

I ordered a product from their website. I was initially confused about the shipping so contacted customer support. Very fast and helpful support team and clarified any questions I had. The product arrived in good time and was of good quality. The prices were very good and I’m very pleased. From my own personal experience I would recommend 👍
