Dishonest and untrustworthy – avoid Masar Capital at all costs.
I deeply regret dealing with this agency. After my contract was officially cancelled, they promised a refund by August 1st — a date clearly stated in writing. Not only have they failed to issue the refund, but they have also ignored multiple follow-ups and even direct contact from local authorities.
They tried to fool me by saying I was added as a beneficiary and the money was ready — but after 4 days, nothing ever reached my account.
I even went to their office in person, and they watched me from the security camera and pretended nobody was there. Completely unacceptable and cowardly behavior.
Also, don’t be misled by the positive reviews on here — many of them are clearly fake, piloted, or unverified. My experience reflects a total lack of transparency, ethics, and responsibility.
If you value your money, time, and peace of mind — stay far away from Masar Capital.
