Thank you for your feedback and apologies for the delayed reply - we don’t tend to use Trustpilot as most of our reviews live on Google, but we will be monitoring this platform moving forward as well.
As you also posted on Google, we did reach out directly to see if we could arrange a time to speak and better understand your experience, but we didn’t receive a response. We would still very much welcome the opportunity to connect, and you are always welcome to get back in touch so we can arrange a call at a time that suits you.
I would like to clarify for others than may be reading this, that the £50 charge mentioned relates to an additional requested room clean and full linen change, outside of our standard housekeeping service. Additional towels are, of course, provided complimentary whenever requested. I’m sorry if this was not communicated clearly during your stay.
