Great price and service, can't fault them.
This was the first time i used Massive Discounts so wasn't sure what to expect, but i was very happy with the price and the service. They were cheaper than anywhere else i looked and my order arrived before the estimated time so, in this one experience, I can't fault them and will certainly consider them first on future purchases.

I give a star for customer service…
I give a star for customer service support. I bought a bunk bed for kids which was advertised as coming with mattress. It didn't and when I contacted them, they said it was their mistake and I should return and they will refund. In my opinion, because it was their fault, they could offer to send us the mattress or a discount to buy them. I ended up keeping the bed because kids were disappointed if sent back and spending lot more on new mattresses.

Unfortunately, the main description mistakenly mentioned that a mattress was included, which was an error on our side.
As soon as you contacted us, we offered a free return with a full refund, as we always want our customers to feel confident in their purchase. The decision to keep the bed was entirely yours, and we completely understand that returning it would have been inconvenient.

Quality product at very low price…
Quality product at very low price including delivery. I bought a TV wall mount. I already had a great quality one in the living room, knew exactly what I wanted, one that comes away from the wall for easy access, plug stuff in, 3 different hdmi devices & WOW. Got what I wanted so much cheaper from Masivediscounts. Classed as previously opened packaging, I could not tell. Everything was there perfectly packaged. I can highly recommend this company due to my experience with them.
