Mass Tapestry Avis 12

I placed an order with MASS TAPESTRY back in December. I still have not received any products I ordered. Received a lot of emails from Monica, Brandon, Amanda,and a slew of other names.
This is the typical response I kept receiving:

As you may know, most of our products ship within 4 weeks via priority mail with a tracking number. Delivery may take up to 5 weeks from the date you placed your order. That being said we apologize for any inconvenience long shipping times may cause you.

Our closeout sale has brought in more orders than we ever expected. Our fulfillment center has gotten a little behind, but we have made adjustments to our team so that we can facilitate all of these orders. However, we are quickly catching up on fulfillment and expect your order to ship soon.

I apologize your order is still awaiting shipment. As soon as your order ships we will send you the tracking information.

I have requested a full refund several times, no response (surprise surprise). Now I am out 60 plus dollars. Life lesson learned.

I waited 12 weeks for my order, then finally reached out and was told how sorry they were for the frustrating misunderstanding. I was told my order got stuck in “pre-shipment” and they’d “immediately” push my order through.

20 weeks later... nothing. No tapestry. Money withdrawn. And now I can’t even access my order information! COMPLETE TOTAL SCAM!!!

8 weeks later... no goods, no tracking information, no response - just bounce - from support email which isn't working as it has been dumped... really, really bad. Angry I got duped by a scam. DHL make this much worse!

Took about 6 weeks to receive and the product is awful. The fabric is like Halloween costume material, thin and shiny. I feel like this company orders the tapestry's off of websites like Wish or similar for a couple of bucks and then resells them for a much higher profit. It would explain the long shipping times. Very disappointed.

Finally received the tapestry i ordered on February 22nd, 2019. It is NOT what I ordered. It smells terrible, and is basically a piece of very thin sheet sewn on two sides. I ordered the Blue tapestry but got a white one with some different blue colors on it. I know better than to order from sites likes this, and have relearned my lesson.

Never received any emails about my order being processed or shipped waited 2 months on the order my items were not what they ordered the material wash trash I can tell the colors will run and it’s big enough to be confused for a flag

The product is very cheap, smelled horrible,no written care instructions so I washed them and they look horrible! They also never responded to my comment on FB.

Waited 7 weeks for delivery (when I emailed I m magically received a shipping notification the same day). "Tapestry" is a thin sheet of fabric sewn on two sides. The other two sides are very uneven. Disappointing to say the least.

First post from the Facebook page is this year, copy right on their website says 2019.

Do you see any evidence this closeout sale isn't more than a way to raise interest and attract a bunch of buyers at once through Facebook ads?

This company is advertising that they are closing and having a huge sale. They claim it takes 3-5 weeks for shipping but for me, it has been 7 weeks. They cannot offer any real updates and just tell you that they will let you know when it has shipped. This is unacceptable. Their Facebook page was full of people complaining about not receiving their items and this company deletes the comments. I posted asking for a refund, they deleted my comment and never contacted me.

States on their website that shipping takes 3 to 5 weeks. It has been more than that for some people. Email address says undeliverable. No communication about delays on why it has taken so long to receive product. Crappy refund policy. Get your tapestries from a reputable source like Amazon instead.
