UPDATE... they finally submitted a refund. So I improved their score. Things happen. I was able to find the same files elsewhere.

I recently purchased a template. When I downloaded the template, it only provided PDF files that I could not modify. I have reached out numerous times with no response. How hard is it to send the correct files? I also did not receive the email.

I have purchased a product and the download link is downloading a different one.
I paid for the mockup of "10 Mockup Aluminium Can 250 Ml With Water Drops" and it downloads a package of clothing mockups.
I would like to receive the mockup I paid for if possible.

I decided to become a vendor on this site because It was being promoted by youtube vids and blogs who seemed reliable to me. However I am having doubts now because there are no options to remove your products once they've been accepted and I can't reach anyone when I try to contact them for information. I tried reaching them through my personal account mail, no response, I then tried to contact them through the built in chat/message feature, no reponse as well. This looks suspicious to me. Atleast add the option for editing and removing products and please respond to mails.
