When I met MC in 2015, I was at a point in my life where I needed to better understand tribe, leadership, and the importance of who I surrounded myself with. Over the last 11 years, his mentorship has helped me grow as a leader, strengthen my relationships, and build four businesses that continue to grow. I’d recommend MC to any man looking to level up in his family, business, and the tribe he builds around himself.

I hired him for business systems. I wanted better numbers. I wanted a practice worth selling in five or ten years. He kept dragging the conversation back to me.

He works off a framework he calls the Three Roads:

1. Self
2. Tribe
3. Value

They only hold in that order. I walked in leading with value, which is how a man ends up a slave to his own output.

So we went back to the start, which was me.

One call, I told him my focus was dialing in my self rituals. I was doing kettlebells between patients and calling that training.

He says, "If you don't have rituals, don't tell me you have priorities. You should be able to show your priorities by how you spend your time."

Then he took it further. "The plan is just a description of your rituals. A ritual you have never actually done in the real world is not a ritual. It's an idea."

I stopped talking about what I was going to do.

I started setting training times. I looked at my day again and put the hardest things first in the morning, before the world took over. The practice got better after I did, not before.

The second road is the one I underrated. He puts you in a room with men further along than you and lets them look at your work. I've done the calls. I've gone in person. The in-person weekends are where I picked up tracking, reading what a man is actually doing in real time while it's happening.

It shows up with patients, and it shows up at home.

Justin has been my personal coach and he has had a big impact on how I run my businesses and how I deal with people.
