Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. When I received my dog clippers I was very pleased with the quality, but unfortunately when I took the clipper out of the case the blade was missing, I rung them and they hot back to me within the hour, they apologised and true to there promise the blade was delivered first thing the next morning. Excellent service

Maasterclip have one of the best…
Masterclip have one of the best customer services I've experienced. I purchased my clippers in October and tried to change the blades without reading the instructions I sent backto masterclip explained what I done.they fixed said clippers and only charged me for shipping. 5+star

When I ordered a Masterclip clipper I discovered there was a slight error re the order. I immediately contacted Masterclip and it was solved immediately by Sarah. The clipper is brilliant to use, high quality, and very quiet. Great product and a great company to deal with.

charge £10 for them, when found alternative at local h/w store for less then £2 for pack of ten
and not response to contract about wrong part

If you return the wrong screws we will fully refund them for you. All our parts come from our manufacturers at a cost to us and are generally made specifically for the clippers, you are very fortunate to have found a comparible screw locally. I am so sorry you have found our customer service to be below expectations it is most unusual. Very efficient service. Quality clippers.
I received the clippers very quickly. They are nicely presented in a substantial case. I haven’t used the clippers yet but will be testing them out on my Cockapoo in January

battery sheep shearing…
It’s a great battery sheep shearing hand piece, battery lasts for ages, good company to deal with,box is very strong just not big enough. Im using the hand piece for crouching out ewes great bit of kit . Happy sheep farmer 😀
