I lost 67 euros thanks to this bad startup's speculation and worse management

Trading closed for nearly a year. Can't access money or investments made.

Trading is on hold for more than 6 month, people cannot trade their shares due to some potential investor buying the entire catalogue. They promised regular updates on this but apart from two e-mails (one from Sep and another from Nov 24), there is absolutely no information what is happening.

Assolutamente sono dei truffatori promettendo un bonus da 10 euro da utilizzare nella piattaforma dopo avere fatto tutti i passaggi richiesti e invece dopo ormai tre settimane tutto tace.
Non perdete il vostro tempo con questa gentaglia che promette una cosa e poi non la fa'.. Sinonimo di falsità e gente che vuole dare fregature pur di accaparrarsi clienti.
Vedo che non sono l unico a esternare la propria delusione e a scrivere la medesima recensione di altri iscritti.
Fate avere il bonus promesso oppure la recensione resterà questa e non verrà modificata.
Inoltre ho saputo di molta altra gente delusa.

Scammers!! They did not refund the money for verification. They didn't give the bonus as promised. Support ignores me all the time. I've been waiting for 3 weeks for a bonus and money for verification. Avoid!!Don't invest anything with them because they will cheat you!!!

Very disappointed, I got a referral through sweatcoins, for a 10 euro bonus, after few days they have sent an email saying I would get my bonus in a couple of working days, that was over a week ago, contacted masterechange customer service but they haven’t bother to reply anymore

I'm utterly disappointed with the service provided by MasterExchange. They advertised a partnership with Sweat Wallet, offering a tempting 10 EUR credit, which never materialized. It's appalling to see a company resort to such deceitful tactics to lure in customers.

After eagerly signing up and expecting to receive the promised credit, I was left empty-handed. Numerous attempts to contact their customer service yielded no response, leaving me feeling frustrated and cheated.

This blatant false advertising and failure to deliver on their promises are indicative of a company that lacks integrity and cannot be trusted. Save yourself the hassle and avoid MasterExchange at all costs. They are nothing but a scam, preying on unsuspecting individuals.

It is a cool concept to buy stocks in music. I particularly like the fact that I do not need a crypto wallet to invest in music on MasterExchange. Music collection is great and easy to checkout.

All process involved was quite easy, a lot of descriptions to help. As a normal user of the internet I was able to place an order with few clicks. I would love to stay tuned with MasterExchange in future.
