No response from the company
I ordered a double mystery box on July 4th and immediately received a confirmation of my order. However, despite the fact that they have already charged my card, I have not received any email regarding the shipment of my items.

I am sorry for any inconvenience caused here. Your order was cancelled because you ordered a "1 per customer" product five times. This is clearly stated in the product description.

I ordered Thurday afternoon, and by following wednesday i had still no information regarding my order.. Now they have fully refunded me, but i'd rather have my shirt to be honest...

I bought it 23th june, didnt send before 2 july
Way to slow, and i didnt get it in time before a festival. Very unhappy. Has taken over 2 weeks and it still has not arrived. I payed for the shirt at 23 june and it was not procced before 2 july. I needed it 10 july.

I dont recommend this
Ordered 9 days ago, and i still have not even recieved a tracking number for my package.
I tried reaching out to them via whatsapp, but all they said was that the shipping would happen very shortly, and then disappeared again.

I am sorry to hear about your order.
As you may know, this is a very busy period with the Euros, so some orders may exceed our 5 working day dispatch window by a day or two. On our website we kindly ask for a maximum of 7 working days during busy periods.
As the transit time is around 4-7 days via Express, the delivery turnaround should still have fell within the deadlines set.
In this case I have fully refunded your order.
