Alltid god kvalitet på produktene og god kundeservice. Kjøpte nylig en veske jeg er veldig fornøyd med. Klærne jeg har kjøpt der er veldig slitesterke, varer i flere år.
California residents get 3 business days to determine if they want this or not. If you paid you will NOT, I repeat, get your money back unless you fight for it. Match does not do so according to the agreement or law as they post online. I have at least 15 emails and most of these are incomprehensible or computer generated replies. This company is terrible at keeping their word. Beware. And also beware that your personal information is not secure because they will not delete it. I have tried unsuccessfully.
Match linderud butikk leder har ikke kunskap om service. Hun bare gå rundt og hilser ikke på kunder. Hun ger ikke den service til sine kunder. Det er det som er grunn at linderud Match går ned. Hvordan kan du vara forbilde til dina ansatte. Jeg vært der flere ganger. Men jeg tenkte kanskje hun har hatt en dårlig dag. Men hun kan ikke smile kan ikke ge den service som kunder forventer seg har jobb i service 21 år. Har aldri sett maken. Du borde gå hjem og la andre ta over butikken. Eller gå på salgsservice kurs.
Bestilte sko, fikk levert feil størrelse. Kontaktet kundeservice for å få riktig størrelse, fikk ikke hjelp. Veldig skuffet. Dårlig service. Anbefaler ikke å handle på Match.

Nettbutikken til Match er fin, men fordi dei brukar PostNord som transport blir det nedtur gong etter gong. Tek opp til 2 veker å få varene. Får så og seie kvar gong melding om at leveransen blir forsinka, gjerne fleire gonger.
Jeg bestillte noen varer fra match rundt begynnelsen av nyåret. Alt var i sin skjønneste orden til PostNord skulle levere og i kjent PostNord stil så klarte de selvfølgelig ikke bare å misse leveringen men også rotevekk pakken. Etter 1 uke med telefoner til PostNord uten noe hjelp så kontaktet jeg Match direkte. Der fikk jeg snakke med en hyggelig og serviceinstillt kundebehandler som skulle ta kontakt med PostNord direkte. Dagen etter ble pakken levert.
Match sin kundeservice var helt topp og produktene var som beskrevet. Kjempe godt jobbet Match
Wenn man auf eine Ware wartet, und man hat nur Antworten, dass sie sich melden x Mail ( und das wir nicht einmal von einer Person gemacht) und es passiert gar nichts kann man nur einen rechtlichen Weg eingehen, wenn es um viel Geld handelt. Das hilft ohne weiters
Ordered a pair of vejas for a relative who was going to gift them to her daughter for Christmas. Had to return the order as her daughter didnt like the shoes, having never ordered from this site, I asked a friend if they could drop the return at the post office while they were going there. I place the return lable provided on the box.She told me when she arrived back that there was a charge. No problem, I waited a couple of weeks for my refund of 125.00 euro, nothing came in, I have been emailing the company since November, I have been told they never received the parcel, and are looking for a receipt from nearly four months ago. They now say I won't be getting a refund as they never received this parcel.

They provide fast delivery and prices are some of the best I've found online. I was able to return an item that was the wrong size for me; they used DHL for my purchase so I was able to request a pickup. The return process was super quick and within 2-3 days I was credited back the full amount on my credit card. Would buy from them again!

They emailed me every step of the way, to let me know when my item will be dispatched and what day. Very trust worthy designer fashion company. Excellent selection of designer products. A word of warning to users of Match Fashion. I purchased items and accidentally, somehow, and i can't figure out how, selected US$ instead of Australian dollars. The upshot is instead of paying $640 Australian for goods on Match Fashion, i have paid $870, due to the currency conversion. I've written to Matchfashion and they refuse to help me out. Oddly, I can still return the items, (though they failed to mention this in their email) at their expense, and get a full refund. They lose a customer or two. but that doesn't seem to bother them. The thing is, every time i log onto this site it ALWAYS comes up AUS $. I can't figure it out. May i suggest astute shoppers look to Mr Porter and Farfetch? I've had no such problems with these sites and their returns policy and procedures are superbly simply and generous.
