they did answer... nine days for two lines about a cashout is poor.

to their credit the site has been up every time i have wanted it, which not everywhere manages. the app is the problem and has been since february. it crashes on the lobby screen, it forgets the stake size after every update, it asks for a fingerprint it then refuses to accept, and it logs you out about every half hour. none of that is catastrophic on its own. together it makes the app the last thing i reach for.

The site itself is stable, the casino app is where everything goes wrong.
