I had a problem with annual reports, send an email to the support desk, they called me within 5 minutes and solved the problem while calling. As a service they gave me a new template and checked my reporting within the new template!
Add that to a very friendly tone of voice and then you have an excellent experience with Matterhorn.

Fine program and the help desk is responsive.

We had great support from Matterhorn in 2023 on the 2022 reporting, given our layered structure. The second year we reported using Matterhorn's tool was so simple, I wished I had started working with them earlier. No need for any clarification or support.

Matterhorn was incredibly responsive to my last-minute request for help on AIFMD Annex IV reporting. I'm an American solo GP with a pre-seed fund, so this is all new to me. My expensive attorneys and my backoffice provider don't do this type of reporting, but Matterhorn took care of it competently in a matter of hours (and charged what feels like a reasonable fee). Highly recommended.
