Used this company for many years to deal with my pension my advisor David checks in every year to track progress and make sure it’s all on track and I’m happy but is available any other time if I need him

Mattioli woods is a pension company…
Mattioli woods is a pension company that charges £335 PER HOUR FOR AN ADMIN ASSISTANT!! This is a figure taken from my last invoice. The productivity of the admin assistant isn’t quick so they have a license to print money.
I have now moved our pension, they provided a very mediocre service for a high price.
BEWARE THEIR CHARGES ARE EXCEPTIONALLY HIGH AND SERVICE IS NOT GOOD!

This company is very poor, fails to send invoices, we have to constantly chase them to get anything so unprofessional , be warned do ot use them.

Extremely good service
Extremely good service. There is no pressure and my consultant listens and advises accordingly. The administration staff are very efficient and everything is followed up quickly and easily.
