Outstanding Customer Support from Adam
We were looking for two specific mattresses and needed them delivered on a very particular date. Initially, we tried contacting Mattress Stop via the phone number on their website but had no luck. We then reached out via email and received a response from Adam, who was absolutely outstanding in accommodating our request.
At first, he explained that he couldn’t guarantee delivery on our required date due to the courier not being able to confirm collection and delivery timing. However, he stayed in regular contact with us and continued working on a solution. Eventually, the courier confirmed they could meet our requested date.
Once the mattresses had been collected from the warehouse and were on their way, we completed payment, and everything arrived exactly on time as promised.
Adam even followed up afterwards to ensure everything was as expected, which really shows a high level of customer care. The service was so good that we’ve already made an enquiry for a third mattress for our new home.

Purchased Healthopaedic Assenza Zero Gravity 1000 Pocket Sprung mattress at a very reasonable price with added bonus of 2 free pillows and free delivery!
Ordered 23/8/25 and received a confirmation e-mail straight away.
Had a follow up e-mail from Adam who gave a provisional delivery date of 30/08/25 and introduced himself as a point of contact if I had any queries.
Adam got in touch again on 29/08/25 confirming the delivery would take place on 30/08 and gave a 4 hour time slot to assist in planning my day.
On the day of delivery the driver phoned 30 minutes before reaching us which was in the 4 hour time frame.
We paid extra to have the old mattress taken away, which went smoothly.
I would definitely use the company in the future and was really happy with the personal touch style customer service received from Adam.
It is important that you know what mattress you want as I believe the shop is online only, but we had had the mattress that we ordered on another bed and is super comfy.

It's genuinely nice to be have a sincere and real customer service experience. No generic emails, just personal and real communications. Adam was a great help, gave me details on my order and everything was delivered professionally and on time. The 2 extra pillows are fantastic as well. I was looking for an Espoir Orthopaedic…
I was looking for an Espoir Orthopaedic mattress and found very little information online. I stumbled upon Mattress Shop and they had Espoir mattresses for sale. I ordered one and after payment, I received a lovely email and text message from Adam to tell me all the details regarding my purchase and delivery details.
The mattress and 2 free pillows arrived within 5 days. I messaged Adam again to tell him that I had received the mattress and asked for care instructions and he immediately messaged back with instructions. Great job.

Wow had the courtesy of an Amazing professional service from Adam at The Mattress stop. He was very professional and always very helpful. I am very grateful for the help i have received, making my experience a great one from start to finish.
Adam was both very experienced and patient in helping me find the best bespoke bed and mattress and was very knowledgeable and attentive, taking into account my situation to come up with the most suitable option.
