Ripoff
I provided mavis very specific instructions, they did not fix my car, or honor the alignment warranty. I have to figure out the rest myself... they took my $, and did not provide the requested service. No call backs, no listening. No discussion on the repair they did not do. Wrong mavis selected... this is about the 1 on hwy 29 in concord nc. Chris is useless.
