This outlet, since the ownership change , has become progressively more customer unfriendly. What used to be an easy process of removing a nail, has time after time , become a nonsensical lecture on why they want you to buy a new tire , and they will not/ cannot fix it, only to be fixed by another tire chain, not as close to me. Policy or employees explain the empty parting lot….

Excellent service- from the time Brian, assistant mgr, answered the call and provided directions to the Arnold Mill Road location and then greeted me in the parking lot!
From there- Chelsea kicked in with a management style that was professional and in control! She kept her cool with customer concerns too- housekeeping and all the above. Great location- I'm pleased with my less than an hour experience.
