Customer service at this location can not be beat. I was promptly served, explained all process and procedures and out of the service station, driving my car safely in about one hour.
I started off with not the best experience on a service visit that did not have the tires ordered. I spoke with Corey in corporate. WOW!!! AMAZING. offered me a better deal and was very understanding... Voir plus

**MAVIS RUINED MY ENGINE**
I went to Mavis for an oil change and started experiencing issues - rough idling, ticking, leaking oil. Went back and they said it was only a half quart over in oil, but that the oil change service was not to blame. They assured me I was safe to drive the car. I knew something wasn't right, so I took it to another mechanic. They found 3 quarts overfilled oil in my car and said it was very dirty! They advised that my engine was likely damaged from the overfilled oil. I had a dealership confirm that the engine is damaged - nearly $3000 in damages and diagnostics. Obvious damage that Mavis would have clearly seen during the initial oil change if this was a pre-existing issue. Mavis Regional Manager and Corporate refuse to take any accountability or offer resolution.
Corporate told me on a recorded line that they don't trust the footage and incident reports of their staff, but then turned around a couple days later and said they wouldn't review my claim or the corresponding evidence. I asked a Corporate supervisor to review that recorded call with me, because I could not understand how they could say that but then disregard my claim. He confirmed it was recorded, but refused to review it.
Mavis told me twice that the car was safe to drive. The dealership and other mechanic shop advised it's extremely dangerous for me to drive it because the engine could fail. Great example of how Mavis truly does not care about the safety of their costumers. Anything to not sign a loss form. Corporate refused to review the footage of the oil change, which the Regional Manager claims shows a proper oil change, but no one at corporate will confirm. How is that right? What is the point of offering a claim with corporate if they refuse to help? The manager asked if I wanted to see footage of them changing the oil and I said I'm not a mechanic. How do I know if it's right? That should be evaluated by their corporate office to mediate - at the very least! If the footage does show proof, why not have a third party investigative mechanic confirm?
It's truly sad that a business can cause this kind of a loss to costumer with little to no investigation by a third party. It's their word against yours.
Don't risk going to this place!
My daughter took her car in for an oil change, the vehicle started to shake and leak oil immediately after picking it up. She took it back and they told her nothing is wrong. Another shop told her the oil was never changed they just dumped new stuff in it was overfilled by 3 quart. Due to damage done the vehicle is not safe to driver despite what Corey the regional manager has said. The regional manager has done nothing to compensate the almost 5000 dollars worth of damage and has done nothing but lie in relation to this incident. IF YOU HAVE ISSUES WITH THIS PLACE, REPORT RIGHT TO DMV AND ATTORNEY GENERA, Mavis corporate does not hold their employees accountable

AMAZING. offered me a better deal and was very understanding of my concern. Went to Mavis that same Saturday and the crew was outstanding. They went above and Beyond for me. They also saved me another close to $600.00 by saving my tire sensors due to my own stupidity for putting new tire air caps on my car that fused onto my tires. Typically the sensors would get damaged removing the fused on caps but they found a different approach and got the tires off with no damage to the sensors. I was absolutely amazed at the service I received. The guys at the shop were so kind explaining everything to me and made me so comfortable and at ease. I got very emotional on the way home... just really feel blessed after the experience. Thank you Mavis. You guys rock and I will definately be coming back. Thank you so very much
