The service was top notch. I arrived in a hurry and needed the pressure checked within the tires. After welcoming me to the store, Robert immediately assisted me without hesitation. I told him my concern and he handled everything from that point on(and quickly). He was very detailed in explaining everything also. Not only was he friendly but his coworker was also very friendly. These Guys understand what it means to provide great customer service.

Bunch of liars, lifetime rotation and balancing is not free when purchasing road harzard warranty.
Bought tires and lifetime tire balance and rotation. Then asked when I ask when should I come in to rotate my tires. I was told it wasn't free I had to pay a mounting fee of $20 per each tire, each time I come in to get the free rotation and balancing on the tires.

Aftermarket Wheel Service
I’ve had trouble finding Mavis stores willing to do services on my tires ever since I swapped to a large aftermarket wheel. Luckily this location still does and the service was quick and professional. I’d return for sure in the future.

The Mavis Tire store at 1530 Buford Drive fixed a tire quickly and no charge to get me on my way. They were fast and courteous. I didn't have an appointment and they worked me into their schedule. Thanks a lot
