Mavis Tire - Camillus Avis 25

I had a tire repaired and then rotated. The workmanship was excellent. Both were done in an expeditions manner. Their tire quality is outstanding.
I would highly recommend Mavis to everyone.

Got me in and did everything they said they would within the given time frame. Went out of their way being short staffed to provide me with great service!

Booked an appointment online for service and indicated I will wait for the vehicle. Arrived at my appointment time and was told it would be a long wait as there were people ahead of me. I said that I had scheduled an appointment in advance and was told “…yah that just gets you in the door at that time…”

My wife called me from the grocery store this morning, across the street from the Mavis Store, to let me know she had a low tire pressure message. I told her to go across the street and talk to Dave to see if he had a chance to check/ repair the tire. With the first snow of the season. I knew Dave would be busy, and he told me he was booked through Friday. He did, however, tell me he would try to take care of the problem if the vehicle could be left with him. He called me at 4:00 PM to let me know the repairs were complete. Any employer should be thrilled to have a guy like Dave working for them. He is just the BEST!

I can not express how grateful I am for the prompt and amazing service I just received at Mavis Tires at 5332 W Genesee St! I ran over a nail and was losing air, and due to a very difficult and demanding work schedule, they were able to accommodate me immediately. Every employee there was friendly, knowledgeable and speedy. I can not recommend Mavis in Camillus enough! Especially before the long holiday weekend! Thank you again!

My personal experience was great! Quick and efficient 5 stars, but when an older woman came in I heard her ask for help, she sounded afraid as her back tire light came on, mind you the weather was horrible, below zero and snowing, she asked if they could help and put air in her tire, the man at desk told her no and told her to go to byrne dairy, a few miles down rd, both myself and other gentleman in waiting room verbalized our disgust with how this woman was treated , there were approx 4 people working and just standing around, seriously! So 0 stars post that encounter, will be taking my business elsewhere as will other gentlemen man waiting on tires.

I had a scheduled appt at 8 am. Confirmed with an email from the company with a confirmation number and appt date and time. Of course they didn't have me on the schedule until 9. Not their fault. It has to do with corporate making online appts. Anyways it was only an hour so I went to breakfast and came back at 9. Took me in right away and was done with my snow tires in ab half an hr. They dud a great job. If you need to make an appt don't go online. Just call. This happened to me two weeks in a row.

The company was patient while we were able to obtain money to pay for the parts. They got the parts for us and did the work in the process of us obtaining the money later in the week.

Always great service every time. The work is always well done and the staff is more than accommodating. The prices are very good too and they’re more than willing to match prices from competitors.I plan on getting more services done in the near future.

All Staff very kind and helpful. Had my snow tires mounted and said it would be ready in 1 hour. I had a call from Mavis in 35 minutes. Very pleased. Been at the Camillus location many times and will be doing business with them again.

We have a rental car and got a flat tire. Stopped at the Mavis Tire Store in Camillus and got excellent service it getting it fixed. The guy at the desk and the service guys were excellent and very professional. We highly recommend Mavis and it’s employees, professional, conscious knowledgeable and great people.

I had a flat tire on my car which was parked at my house. I dismounted the tire and took it to Mavis and left it.
- I received a call stating that the tire was repaired, they discovered the rim had a small leak. I picked up the tire, took it home, placed it on my car. I ran errands in my other car.
- Upon returning home found that same tire soft. I took the wheel off, put the tire in a plastic tote filled with water and found a small pin hole leak in the tire. Took the tire back which was plugged. Took tire back and put it back on car.
- lowered car back down and found that they never filled the tire with air after it was repaired. Once again jacked car back up, took tire off and drove it back to Mavis.
- soon as I pulled into the store lot the mechanic came out looking at me. I saw the manager through the glass. I asked did you put air in the tire after repair and the answer was no.
Filled the tire on the air pump outside of the store. Mistakes happen however no one ever said “I AM SORRY “.
So therefore I am not sorry, I won’t be back! Thank you
