Mavis Tire - Chili Ave Avis 15

Needed my RV tires mounted and balanced last minute. Manager and staff bent over backwards to fit me in with no appointment. I've always had great service at this establishment. Definitely recommend.

Very disappointed. Purchased tires with 50000 mile warrant with the extra insurance they offer. At 30000 it was worn to steel. It took two weeks to get an answer due to a new system implementation. Meanwhile, my family member is driving around on this tire. Tires are rotated every oil change. The other 3 tires tread is now where near the bad tire. There answer will give 25 % off. Somehow, an obvious defective tire now cost me $400 plus for two new ones. Now I understand why the regional manager calls each day to see what business they have done. "We had some good ones today, brake flush. That's about it" The place was dead. Perhaps how the "Company" takes care of its customers is starting to show.

I’ve never been to Mavis until this year. This year I’ve been there twice in the last 6 months. Both times were excellent service. I walked in each time & got quick service. They got me a great deal on tires & were quick & professional

The team at this is location is top notch. They have continued to help me maintain my recently paid off vehicle. Cody , Rico have the best customer service skills and Daimon the mechanic was completely clear in his explanation of what my car needed. No matter how many questions I have they are always willing to explain in detail what I need. The location is very welcoming and I do not mind waiting at all for the work to be completed. Even when they appear to be short staffed they continue to maintain professionalism and caring towards customer needs.

Showed up on time for my 9am appointment to put on 4 brandnew snow tires. They took my car in for service at 11am. By the time they were done and checking me out, it was 1;05pm. Wish they would just say we are behind, come back in an hour or so.

Storm was awesome. It was busy and he was great at coming out to diagnose my air pressure problem and give me a time when the battery of the sensor could get fixed. He was great at updating me and other clients on where the team was in the service. Price was fair and we will be back! I highly recommend the Chili Team of Mavis Tire!

Fast friendly service

Arrived just before opening on a Saturday as I wanted to get a winter/summer rotation done quick. Was the first car in. Handled the rotation as expected.
When I got home I realized that my winter lug nuts were missing. Ran right back and they found them quickly and very apologetic.

The store manager treated me like poo from the zoo. He claimed my tire which had only 2000 miles on it was too worn out to qualify for road hazard replacement because the tread was down to 4/32". I told him his measuring tool (tread depth gauge) wasn't fitting in the tread channels and that the tread was quite obviously over 6/32" but he was too arrogant to listen.

The staff was friendly and professional. I had an oil change, tire rotation, and new wipers put on and my wait was minimal. I have had my car serviced at the Chili Center Mavis for many years now and have always had a pleasant experience!
