I arrived a but early for my appointment and was greeted warmly by Cody. My car was taken quickly and they kept me updated as they went along. Everyone there is very pleasant and professional.
Mickey was great. Was in and out very quickly and pricing was reasonable

Phone experience
Solomon was beyond unprofessional and rude on the phone. It was actually shocking he could be assistant manager and hang up on customers, mock them, try to use intimidation, etc.

Bought tire 2 tires from Mavis in…
Bought tire 2 tires from Mavis in Centereach. One went flat within 30 days.Went to Mavis in Coram to replace the tire.They charged me full price to replace the tire.They said you dont have hazard insurance on the tire.Their was no damage on the tire anywhere, it was a defective tire
I Called corporate and they stood behind their store.Will never use Mavis again.

Brian, we truly apologize for any confusion. The tire went flat due to a road hazard related incident. You opted out of the coverage and we do apologize for that. In the future we are happy to charge you the coverage now as a courtesy as if you always had it so the other tires will be covered. Please call us at 914-984-2500 option #2 so we can assist you!
Plugged tire
Had a nail in tire and they plugged it quick. Good experience. Little pricey for a plug ($25) but staff was polite and courteous and service was quick. Would recommend
