Mavis Tire - Dolson Ave Avis 17

I stopped by Mavis Dolson Ave recently and was honestly really impressed with their service.
My windshield wipers weren’t working well, and they not only ordered new ones by phone for me but even installed them the next day — super fast and professional. The staff were polite, patient, and explained everything clearly without trying to upsell anything. They came across as genuinely honest and trustworthy.

What touched me even more was that they reminded me winter is coming soon and suggested changing my tires for safety. It really made me realize that life is far more important than money, so I took their advice and felt much more at ease afterward.

Shops that care this much are hard to find, so I really wanted to share my experience. If you live nearby or need any maintenance done, I highly recommend giving them a try. Their professionalism and sincere care truly stand out.

The mavis in Middletown is pretty bad I used to use them before but the lack of consistency on services & leadership has really made this place avoidable I went to change my tire because there was a nail in it they refused to change the tire with a used one said it was corporates decision . I put air in my tire drove to wallkill mavis & they said the complete opposite yes we can Mount your tires .

Excellent experience and fast service.

I asked for a tire rotation and a wheel alignment. I asked the front desk to make sure all of my tires had the same inflation (35#) and that the rotated tires were correctly hooked up to the cars' computer.

I made sure to bring that up as last time I had a rotation I had to go back to have the tires hooked up with the computer because they weren't.

I have not been back even though it has been a few weeks as I don't have the time to just go in and then wait..and wait.

I have no idea if the alignment was correct because with the different inlation rates the car drives roughly.

It was completed very fast! Like, I was shocked! I don’t know what they are doing differently but I like it. Speed is key! A person will pay whatever to get in and get out the door! Thanks.

Terrible place. I was over price for two tires after which I got quoted already with full including labor. The amount everything from whoever I spoke to came out to 170 + labor which came to 212. The guy was ready to argue with me over this. Anyway, there is an old that says you don't argue with stupid people. I figure this guy was a total idiot and I decided to pay him and walk out of there in peace.

The guy in the front “Shane” was very helpful, and my service was done pretty fast !
