Scott, the manager did a great job by pointing out a leak in my steering pump lines that would have led to problems if not fixed.
My experience here was phenomenal! The young lady that helped me was outstanding. She made sure I understood everything.
For more than 50 years, Mavis has been selling discount tires that are identical to tires sold elsewhere at higher prices. Mavis has the expertise and experience to provide our customers with their ideal tires and save them money in the process.

Scott, the manager did a great job by pointing out a leak in my steering pump lines that would have led to problems if not fixed.
ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT AND GREEDY! My brake sensor monitor was on so I stopped in to have my brakes checked. I was told I needed new pads front & back. I wasn't sure when I had brakes last so I told them if it was needed, go ahead. Well, they don't know how to service new vehicles, failed to put my vehicle in service mode to prevent throwing the electronic monitors off, my anti-collision system is now disabled and the pad sensors aren't registering. After going back twice and no one knowing what to do, I went to my dealer. I explained that I had brakes replaced and needed the system reset, my advisor at the dealer asked why the brakes were replaced so soon. I asked what she meant, she printed out my service records. The dealer put the brakes on at 71,759 miles, Mavis claimed at 99,195 that my pads were completely worn and needed replaced. 28k miles of wear???? I called back livid and a manager that wasn't even there when I came in, claims they showed me my pads which is a LIE. I saw one rear pad AFTER they did the work and it was at about half the wear.
Turns out, the sensor needed replaced and that was it!!!!!!
They lied, screwed me out of nearly $500.

Work was completed on a timely basis. The staff is very friendly and courteous. They are also very knowledgeable.
My experience here was phenomenal! The young lady that helped me was outstanding. She made sure I understood everything.
When we drop off our car to be repaired a price we were quoted was higher, Jon honored the price the call center quoted us, we were pleased. He still served us with a smile.

Terrific experience. Took my MIL for her brakes and our tires. Friendly, reliable service.
I arrived before they opened. Robin got me checked in and in 45 minutes my oil service and tire rotation was completed. I was very happy with the fast turn around.
Got me back on the road in excellent timing in an emergency situation first thing in the morning.
The customer representative Tommie was informative, welcoming, and responsive.
Worse customer service I have ever experienced. Do not go to this store . They do not keep their commitments.
I arrived at store today at 12pm for a standard brake job. I was assured that if I waited they would get my brakes changed. At 4pm the truck was still sitting in parking lot. I complained and they again said they would finish the truck today. At 5 45 pm they said I would have to come back in the morning because they needed to order the brakes. The manager tried to insist that I also purchase 4 new rotors. This was just an attempt to get more money from me. My rotors are perfectly fine. Very frustrating to be lied too and waste a day waiting.
This is the only place I will take any of my vehicles. The staff is very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. They tell you exactly what your vehicle needs, and only what it needs. Pricing is very reasonable. The work is top notch.
This is about my recent dealings with the Mavis store on Douglas Blvd in Douglasville GA (store #1017). I wish I could leave no stars. Let me begin by saying my car is old, but due to a job change, my wife and I needed to get this back in safe driving condition. I had heard good things about Mavis and decided to give them an oportunity. My car was very dirty and in great need of a bath, but I chose to do that after I changed the tires. When I picked the car up I noticed two things wrong. First the plastic positive terminal over of my battery was broken off, and secondly there was now a two inch crease (vertical dent) in the driver front quarter panel. I went back in and reprted these findings to Ericka (who was an absolute delight to work with - very professional and friendly - she gets five stars if I could) who told me that she would get the GM to come out and speak with me. Norman came storming out from the back and very loudly said. "Okay - let's go see what you think we did to your car!" there was no introduction, no wanting to hear what my issue was, just yelling from the start and stormed past me out the door. On the way to the car, he informed me that he knew everything about my car because "I was the one who did all the work on this". When I pointed out the battery terminal cap, he offered the excuse that "the tech who took the battery out of my car (there was no reason to remove my battery or any authorization to do any other work - this was in writing on my invoice) might have broken it off". My first thought was that I thought HE was the tech who did the work? When I showed him the dent, he started yelling about how dirty my car was and started pointing out the other scuffs - then said "something must have fallen from the sky at my home to cause this". I pointed out that, physically, if something fell from the shy there would be damage to the hood of my car and not just a vertical dent because tree limbs fall down, not down and to the left and then to the right to hit my car to cause this. Again he start yelling at me and showed no hint of wanting to listen to me. As I got in my car, I began to read to invoice and noticed that there was nothing in writing about the 40,000 mile warranty on the tires that was promised in my initial quote. Norman had pulled off the lot , so I felt it was safe to re-enter the store and speak with Ericka about the warranty. Again, she was very kind and warmly explained who their warranties work. I accepted her explanation and was in the process of thanking her for her time when Norman walked up with a quick pace and demanded that Ericka tell me to leave the store as I was causing a disturbance. When I pointed out that the only person with a raised voice in the store was him, he got more irrate and said he was going to call the police and have me removed. I invited him to do so since I was not the person out of control. He pretended to call the police (I know it was not real because he spoke like it was an acquaintance of his and not saying things that 911 would have asked of him.He also claimed that I had used profanity towards him and that he had "recorded everything on camera" - and when asked to show me where I had said anything out of line, he made a mumbling excuse about not being able to do so. In short, Mavis needs to retrain this man in basic customer service skills or replace him - perhaps with Ericka! I would never go back to this store on a bet. This should in no way reflect on the Mavis store near WalMart and Sams in Douglasville, as I have had no dealings with them at all.

My man Norman stay keeping all my rides right. Favorite Mavis to go too. If you need some place to bring your car Mavis tires and brakes on Douglas Blvd is the place to go.
