Service beyond the cost…

Went in for tires and front end alignment. Erik was super helpful on the quality of tire needed for my type of driving. Also had an issue with a sensor that needs to be replaced, but only by dealer, and he did quite a bit of diagnosing and troubleshooting until it went off. Nothing major, but definitely annoying. Great attitude for customer service and sales. TY ERIK!

Very Poor Service

Well tire was a total failure 😞 been there all day only for them to give me the wrong tires to have to go back and bee there all day again just so they can take the tire off and put my old tire back on smh 🤦🏽‍♀️ back to square one. Guess I’ll have no choice but to let expensive KIA do it. They had a regular tire on an EV truck and tried to make me believe I was in the wrong 😑 I called yesterday to make the appointment. I talked to two different people and asked multiple times to make sure the tire was the proper standard tire for my truck they ensured me of that. They put the tire on truck make a funny noise I assumed it was cause one tire was newer than the others but nope it’s cause the tire they gave me wasn’t ment for my truck and if something would have happened to the tire while I’m driving and it’s the wrong tire it won’t be able to function with the system like all the other tires on the truck. Instead of giving me the right tires that took off the new put old back on the told me I had to wait another day before getting a tire. Sad part I still need a tire and they won’t give me my money back the same way they took it. Won’t ever be back
