TECH BROKE MY WHEEL SENSOR
My tire sensor read low for one of my tires
i put air in then it read normal later it read low again after looking at the tire a nail was seen went to ntb for a tire. After the tech finished he told the guy working the front desk he didn't know why the sensor was now reading 0. The guy at the front I was told his name was jamison he said you have a bad sensor like I needed to get it fix. Was working find when i went in but now I have a bad sensor. They knew the tech broke the sensor changing the tire but lied and tried to cover it up and protect this tech. After having the dealer look at this they said the battery is find but the sensor was damaged. I went back to ntb to tell them to fix their negligence. The assist. manager was there this time and had a new sensor put on which is what should have happened in the beginning instead of Jamison the front desk person lying and they already knew that this tech has done this times before but still have him changing tires. very unprofessional lying to customers
they should have owned the mistake and fix it right then.
a mechanic fixed what was broken i think his name is ray tall, handsome man with tattoos very professional thank you ray

I had to give a shout out to this Assistant Manager, who always there to give his job 💯 of his time. Every time I come to NTB Mr. Dale always have time for his guess, even when he is all alone. He makes sure he communicate with each and everyone of his customers and make sure the jobs move smoothly. Dale have a great mannerisms about himself and that the best person you can have working for your company. Keep doing what you do and it will payoff Dale. Good customer service is had to find, so I really appreciate you ❤️
