i had a great experience at the location on towne lake in woodstock! Cody was very nice and took great care of me! i thought i had a coolant leak but when he couldn't find the issue he gave me some valuable advice and didn't charge me for the the service. very thankful for the effort and consideration!

I bought 4 new "Mavis" tires
I bought 4 new "Mavis" tires, paid for computerized balance, and computerized wheel alignment 16 months ago. The 2 tires on the right side of my work van were about to pop on the inside of the tires and Mavis manager told me he could not see anything wrong with the van that would cause this issue so they replaced the tires but still charged me for 2 new tires! Disappointing that they would not even stand by their products.
