I’ve always had a stellar experience with my service at the Ithaca location. My only comment is that the headquarters phone number scheduled my appointment, and when I arrived at the Ithaca location there was no record of said appointment. It’s best to call the specific store location to schedule an appointment.

Oil change & inspection
I called at the end of the day and they were able to got me scheduled the very next morning! I was also able to add the oil change when I showed up for my appointment.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful and I was in & out in a short amount of time.
I was also grateful I could use the WiFi to do some work on my laptop while I waited.
I appreciate all the helpful service from the Mavis team in Ithaca, NY!

Amazing customer service here at Mavis Ithaca. I’m a repeat customer at this location. I’ve had brakes, exhaust service, oil changes, purchased snow and summer tires. Each interaction with these fine folks leaves a big smile on my face. They really care about your safety and your car. The prices are great. They do excellent work. I will not go elsewhere.

Early morning appointment, they took vehicle right in! The tires were mounted and balanced without a problem. The staff were friendly and courteous. Love the tires, feels like riding in a cloud! Huge shout out to George! Thank you to all.
