I will never go back to this store. I made an appointment and called morning of to make sure I could be seen. I waited an hour before addressing the employees in the front to find out my keys were left on the side with no paperwork. There was zero communication and I was waiting with a child. I waited another 30 minutes before taking my keys and leaving. I was not the only customer waiting longer than we should have. I wish there was an option to leave 0 reviews. If you can avoid this store at all costs.

Today I went into mavis to get an inspection and had the best experience ever at any shop. As a women I always feel like when I walk into a shop I’m gonna get beat, I never understand what they are saying and I always feel like they explain things in a way to confuse me but not today and not at this Mavis. Prince is the best he really took the time to explain how a ABS system works and was very patient while doing so.

My experience at Mavis in Fishkill was excellent. They are always very friendly and informative. I like to specifically thank Darren the manager and Jenna, front desk customer service for their exceptional service and honesty.
Great service and friendly staff, fast service, kept my car clean.
I walked in for a oil change they took my car in right away and treated me with the up most respect
Very professional and cares about the customer. Excellent workmanship.

Physically Assaulted my son when the manager didn't agree with the price he gave. Over charged for a simple tie rod job. Horrible wheel alignment job, so bad, the car can't be driven had to rent a vehicle and pay for other company to get it done right. Call regional manager to solve this issue. No call back. I'm out $430.00 plus tow, plus other shops fee to correct issue...no refund at all. If this is how MAVIS TIRES does business, I want no part in it.........will never bring my car back here.......

Our 22 year old daughter dropped her car off for an oil change today. Mavis promptly called me and said the car was “a wreck” needing struts, shocks, brakes, and an alignment. I asked the cost of the struts and he said “$600 front, $600 back”. We said no, picked the car up and brought it to our local mechanic down the street to look at it.The local shop took it for a test drive, put it up on the lift, pulled it apart and said the car was in perfect shape! We did not need ANY of the work Mavis Fishkill told us we needed! BEWARE!! A second opinion saved us thousands of dollars!!!!!!!

Needed a plug put in my tire. The shop said they were too busy and short staffed and it would take hours. While showing the mechanic the bad tire in the bed of my truck he decided to take it into the garage and plug it for me. I asked if he could put it back on the truck and he said no which I clearly understood being so busy. So I went back the next morning and they put it back on my truck for me and I paid them for the plug put in the day prior. It was very nice that he took time out to help me even being so busy!
Very helpful, polite and quick efficient service. I trust them and that means everything to me. Thank You Mavis for your services :)
