Small Need, In and Out
I had a small need. My tire valve cap was cracked & likely the reason that tire was always 3-5 pounds lower pressure than the other 3. Walked right in, asking if I could buy one off him, and the owner was nice enough to just grab one, actually went to my truck and swapped the new one on for me (which he didn't have to do), and charged me nothing. Nice dude, helpful. Was in and out in 2 mins. Great, clean, friendly place. Highly recommend.

Quick, honest, respectful
Have gone to this Mavis twice now, staff was honest with me about everything about my car and provided timely service. They were also kind and respectful in both interactions. There were no cost surprises and nothing was done to the car without either a call or them talking to me face to face.

Absolutely horrible customer service
Absolutely horrible customer service at the Glenolden PA location. I am a returning customer after receiving such great customer service back in August 2020. At that time it was Kyle and Bobby and they were absolutely great. The lady that they have in there now Liz is completely rude. She was talkative at first but soon my car ran into a problem and I was asking questions about it she became very rude. I asked to speak to the mechanic and i was told that i can voice my questions to her and she will relay it back to the mechanic. I will never use them again they lie and try to charge you more than what was orginally quoted. I would highly recommend you look else where unless you like wasting money.
