I was a walk in one of my tires had a slow leak they took me in without any questions and fixed my tire …always very professional very nice and explain the steps of what was done !!

I came in for tires
I came in for tires. Then the staff informed me I had 4 BAD STRUTS. Indeed not one of my struts was bad! How did I find out? I took it to the dealership as I have a warranty. THE STAFF AT MAVIS LIED. 2 employees looked at my vehicle and tried to lie to get more money out of me! They also didn’t balance my tires when they put them on! Worst service WVER! I will never return to that store. Those employees should be held liable for the lies they told. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED BY HOW THAT STORE TREATA CUSTOMERS.

They are out of their mind
They are out of their mind. Wanted to charge $171 for mounting and balancing four tires.
Only needed four new tires that I owned mounted and balanced on rims that I already owned without installing them on a vehicle.
