A simple tire repair that wasn’t simple at all
I called to inquire if they had time to repair a slow leak in one of my tires, which are only a few years old.
I informed Travis at Mavis that I was able to locate the leak myself and marked the area to help save time for my wife (who was off that day) and save their tech time too....pretty simple request, right?
Wrong! They took it upon themselves to run through some safety checklist, which was completely unnecessary because the vehicle was scheduled in a couple of weeks for its annual inspection anyway.
Then, they tried to up sell service by talking automotive jargon to my wife about fuel injectors, etc--then tried to sell her 4 brand new tires.
After this, some of her errands needed to be re-scheduled because of their GREED to sell their uneccessary products and services without our consent or knowledge.
I don't typically write review, but man, you guys should know what to expect here in Harleysville, Pa.
Find another store/auto technician. Will never recommend them.

NOT HAPPY at all
NOT HAPPY, tech broke one of the valve stems during work. Then, upon pick up, I was told " mysteriously " that another valve stem broke at the completion of work.( I was having winter tires put on the car). TOTALLY STRANGE. NEVER HAPPENED before in my lifetime of driving and having cars maintained, and tire changed at MAVIS. Maybe service is slipping as prices rise ??
Secondly, the tech destroyed my "LEXUS" BRAND DRIVER SIDE mat (on my Lexus), with work grease, and oils on his boots. It was very clear, as you could see his boot prints all over the rug. So obvious and it was gross and filthy. This complaint was immediately made to the on-site manage before I left. I was told to return the next day, on Monday, to discuss it with the store manager.
I do think MAVIS can do better.

Tire purchase
I went in for tire purchase and installation. Becky was amazing and so accommodating. My appt. was at 9 am and by 11:30 am the appt. was completed. In the end I got four tires, alignment for the front wheels along with changing the lug nuts and warranties. They secured my splash guard for free and even gave me discounts for the services. The cost was less than four tires anywhere else not counting the installation and alignment costs! I will be coming back for more service and would HIGHLY recommend this establishment!

Went to my local Mavis in Harleysville PA for two tire repairs. Service was fast and excellent. They didn't even charge me for the second repair because it was quick! Highly recommend them. I will definitely be back. Great job!

The people were awesome and did a great job.

Satisfied repeat customer of Mavis tire
Had a blowout through the night, and limped home on a donut spare. Arrived at Mavis at 8:00 the next morning. Corey promptly assessed the damage, and showed me the damaged tire. Without question, the tire could not be repaired. Purchased a new tire, at a good price. Corey rotated the tires, and recalibrated the tire pressure sensors. I was on my way in a jiffy. Excellent service.
