Not the shop it used to be
Scheduled a 9:00 AM appointment for an oil change (only). Dropped off my car at 8:30; was told would be done by early afternoon. No phone call by 4:30 PM. I called shop and finally got thru to the front desk. Was told my car hadn’t been looked at because two of the bays were tied up all day waiting for parts. Manager said he would attempt to have my car looked at soon. Told him not to bother; I went to the shop to retrieve my car. I’ve gone to this shop for years and loved the experience but never again. There’s obviously been turnover and things are definitely different with the new desk staff and technicians.

David the store manager always makes my…
David the store manager always makes my visit enjoyable. Very knowledgeable and friendly service. Prices can't be beat. Just took my 84 yr old Mother in for her inspection and yet again David was awesome. I'm in customer service and know what good customer service is like!! Way to go Dave and your team. A very satisfied banking customer!!!

Great service at a terrific price!
The Mavis store in Hatfield, PA, managed by David, is superb. Whenever there is an issue with my car, David checks it out for me and the problem get solved. I usually wait for my car and I never have to wait long.

Always polite and good at what they do
Always polite and good at what they do. Trustworthy. I’ve been here many times for oil changes, tires, inspections, etc. The tire warranty plan is well worth it too.
