Mavis Tire - Highway 20 Avis 11

I have been a customer of this Mavis Tire for several. I trust Dusty to take care of my car. They have several new employees at this location which is good but it does take time to get everyone trained the "Mavis way". I was very patient because I like this location.

Came in with a tire that had a lag bolt in it. I was just going to drop it off and come back later. I was immediately greeted Dusty. He looked up the best tire that fit my needs. He also stated that it could be done relatively quickly. I decided to wait and save myself a return trip. They had me out the door in about 45 minutes. Dusty was knowledgeable, professional and engaging with both his team and the customers in the store. This was a 100% positive customer service experience. Thanks again, Dusty....

My sister went to the store on 1507 Highway 20 West McDonough, GA 30253 , for the 3rd time to get rear brakes and the 3rd time had the same results , she bought the store manager coffee waited for 2 hours just them the store manager to tell her that they order the wrong brakes again , then proceeded to tell my sister to go 1 hour away into Atlanta (BMW) to purchase the parts then charged her for the install of the parts to add insult to this , the manager was unprofessional , had no communication while she waited all 3 times , had no regard for her time , I also spoke to the DM in that area and same results "NOTHING" i was told that he would call my sister and did not , THIS IS DEFENITLY NOT THE WAY TO KEEP OR GET NEW CUSTOMERS , if someone can contact me on this matter it would great

Solved my tire problem in less than 15 minutes.

My 2 new tires look used. I was told I need alignment for $79, then it was $139 at checkout because my car is a BMW, but the car was already there when told price over phone. Was told need new brakes and rotors but no sensor on to indicate and it was just checked at global imports last month for 100,000 mile check and no brakes needed. UNTRUSTWORTHY, NEVER GOING BACK

Taking the time to explain everything my teen needed to make her car road safe is appreciated

Customer service is wonderful. Repairs were done in a timely fashion. I was kept well informed.

Had a flat tire on the way to work rolled into Mavis they repaired my tire and got me on way very quickly. My experience was 5 stars from the time I arrived to the time I left. Everyone was attentive to my needs and I was never ignored or treated as though I was bothering them as is the case in other shops. Took a couple of business cards to refer them family and friends.

I was able to get what I needed done while I waited in the lobby, not a long wait at all.
