I really enjoyed my experience at the independence location at Mavis Tires. They are professional, friendly, and quick. I went there to get a wheel alignment and they had me in & it took less then an hour. I would really recommend going here to this location. They will take care of you… best service in town!!!!

Rob the manager and Matt the technician both employees of Mavis located on 5200 East Independence Blvd in Charlotte NC were wonderful to my spouse and I. My Uncle Jarvis just passed away and I inherited this vehicle. The team treated me with compassion and kindness as they repaired the tire. Rob was personable and professional as they delivered optimal customer service. The insides of this branch are clean, neat and inviting, I will definitely return and recommend this Mavis. They are priceless under pressure and in a pinch

Wow... I should have taken notice when my car was the nicest car on the property. I had two good experiences with them, then this horrific experience. you should always nothing to be done about any problems you you have when the company has a policy of not giving you the "managers" last name. Thanks for damaging two of my OEM $1000 rims. Maybe hire people who can lift a mounted tire instead having to lower the car down, get on the ground and use their knees to lift the tire into place... while using iron tools around painted and machined rims. So far, they have not responded, said they have pictures and are getting estimates (which they dont have pictures, so now they're liars as well as poor mechanics)
UPDATE: the Regional Manager “Jonathan” didn’t call. However the first time I washed my rims afterwards, there are about 30 weights on each rim, so not only did they damage my rims, they didn’t even know how to use the tire balancing machine. Just paid Volvo 50 bucks to remove them and rebalance the tires.
