This has been the worst Experience
This has been the worst Experience. I paid over $1200.00 my car is worse. I took my car back to Mavis. Now the mechanic is not at work. This is the 2nd time the mechanic not there.
This is not good.
Now today 8/10/2022 I have to wait again after I paid over $1200 for your service.
I need my car fixed right. This is unacceptable

Due to problems beyond the Mavis team's…
Due to problems beyond the Mavis team's control they could not repair my tire problem on Thursday morning. Later on Thursday I made an appointment for first opening on Friday morning. The general manager, Isiah, was on top of it and completed my repair accurately and timely. He really had a good attitude. I was very satisfied.

Great, great service. Always aiming to please. They checked the air in my tires for free. Made sure my tire warranty was applied. I love this place.😀

Poor management
I called the Tucker Mavis and explained that I would be towing my vehicle in as a result of a blown tire. I explained that the tread was wrapped around the axel. The manager assured me they could cut off the tire and replace the blown tire. After 6 days, no one had worked on the vehicle where it could be driven. The tire was still as it was when it was towed there.
The tire was replaced but nothing done to remove the tire under the chassis.
I took the vehicle next door to Goodyear.
