I recently visited Mavis Tire & Brake and had the pleasure of working with Jackie Nelson. Jackie was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood everything that was going on with my vehicle. She provided excellent customer service and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The service was quick, professional, and stress-free. It’s always nice to work with someone who truly cares about the customer experience. I highly recommend this location and appreciate Jackie Nelson for her outstanding service.

I absolutely love the staff at this location. The manager Tyler has outstanding customer service skills and he trains his team to follow his lead. They gave me everything I needed plus more!!! I really felt that my needs mattered and that all was handled in the most professional manner. I will certainly visit this location again for any future needs.

I had to stay longer than what the manager said and also they couldn't straighten out the will. I'm in then I took it to another store and a did something where my car won't start. No, no more. Will I go to these places?

The staff and the urgency
The staff and the urgency. I express my concern for time. They made sure I was in and out by time my lunch break was up. I really appreciate the assistant managers Nequavius and Lareeka for being so caring and understanding. Thanks I will definitely be recommending this location to friends and family.

Slow service, even with an appointment.
I had an early morning appointment, arrived 30 minutes early and waited 3.5 hours to get have my tires changed. Save yourself the stress and go anywhere else for tires or oil changes.

Came in for oil change
Came in for oil change. After being told an hour and a half for the wait they came back 45 minutes later with suggestions totaling past $600. I agreed to the the terms and was told my vehicle would be ready at 12pm. Its 1:26pm and I was told another 30 minutes. Every encounter with staff I had to personally engage them because they apparently didnt notice someone standing in front of them. Then was told my phone provider was bad because they called my number. which is untrue.
