Excellent service! They were so pleasant and professional both on the phone and in person!

The techs were so kind! Micah and Nikki answered all my questions in detail! As a single female I have a hard time getting great car service and not feeling like I’m being taken advantage of, but after my experience here, I won’t go anywhere else.

Quick diagnostic and started working on my car immediately. Micah is the true definition of excellent customer service!

I stopped at Mavis for repair of leaky tires and concluded I should get two new ones. I was met at my car by Micah and things were addressed efficiently and effectively. Very pleasant and attentive service.

Awesome service. I was out and got a message on my tire pressure. They got me in and fixed the nail in my tire as the first customer. Then I was on my way. I would highly recommend.

My experience was awesome. On approximately June 13, 2024, Ky and Micah did an outstanding job. I am sure they do ALL of the time. They took their time with me to make sure they could find a tire to fit, even though I got there 20 minutes before they closed. Mavis was sold out of the tire size I needed for the OEM replacement fit. Ky and Micha gave me an option for a little bit different tire that was perfectly safe and would make sure that my father was able to get home that evening. It was so wonderful to have Mavis open just after eight and save the day. Thanks Ky and Micah for everything. You saved my evening as well. Kudos!!!

This is my 2nd Review for this Mavis Tires & Brakes location, and AGAIN, the "Crew came Through! Micah is an EXCELLENT Manager. He is pleasant, knowledgeable, and is skilled at managing many vehicles and Guests at the same time. I am an Office Manager and a Sales Trainer, and I would hire Micah for a leadership role. Connor, one of the Techs also has excellent people skills and was most efficient doing a thorough job getting my vehicle road worthy. There was only one negative to bring to your attention- the Computer System has been down for a few days, so the Store couldn't answer my calls, my records could not be accessed and payments could not be made. This was a significant inconvenience. Thank you, for fixing this problem- and I look forward to continuing to have my vehicles serviced at this location.

Today I pulled up to Mavis on South Memorial Parkway in Huntsville Al for 1 new tire.. come to find out I needed all 4 tires replaced! Micah C , the store manager made my experience worth waiting for ! His customer service skill are top tier.! Even his boss (I don’t know his name) left the store and drove miles away just to get a part that was needed for my tires with no hesitation !!! I’m not from Huntsville and the staff here really made me feel welcomed.! We definitely need more people like these guys over here at Mavis !!!! Thank y’all so much !!!!!!! For everything !

I needed one front tire replaced on my 2021 Acura RDX. I placed a $25 deposit for them to order the tire. The car has about 16k miles on it. About 2 hours later I got a call from Mavis. I was told they couldn't only replace one tire if the tire has less than 8/32' of the tread. When I asked why they told me that the tire must have at least 70% of the tread or it was a safety issue. I accept that there is a safety issue if you replace a tire in that condition but when I asked what the measurement must be I was told that to replace the specific tire I was quoted the remaining tires must have between 8/32 and 10/32 of tread. I checked the specification on the tire new comes with 9/32 of tread. 70% of the original tread would be 6/32 NOT 8/32. When I told them I felt I was being deceived and wanted to cancel they said they could not refund the deposit. This sounds like a way to force you to purchase unneeded tires and keep deposit money for canceled orders.

If I could have given a negative 5, I would Have. Don't. Go there! They are not honest or trustworthy. They told me 3 different prices. And they would not honor the previous quotes they told me. They never gave me a quote in writing so I couldn't prove it. I called the corporate office and they refused to even call me back to discuss my issues. Don't ever go here. I went to another car shop and he said the didnt give me all new parts like they said. I knew they were scheming, when they saw me come in.
I pd 1500.00 that I didn't have. Had I been quoted that in the beginning I would have never left my car there.
