Great Customer Service
I am having to drive my boyfriend’s car right now and he had low profile tires and rims on it. Now mind you in the trunk is a very heavy speaker box. My brother and I were headed home from work and I noticed the drivers side rear tire was losing air. I pulled into a store and started putting air in it only to hear more air coming out. I got back in the car and prayed to make it to Mavis. We made it to Mavis and the manager helped us and what we found was the tire had split. Of course like I already knew no one has this type of tire in stock. So I called my boyfriend and told him what happened and he said we had to unhook and remove the speaker box in order to get the donut tire out. We proceeded to this and got everything out and the nice manager of Mavis came out with a floor jack and then a young man named Cole came out to where we were parked and Cole had the flat tire off and donut tire on within a couple minutes. Yes, I was thankful for their help and will go back for all my tire needs.

I walked into the store needing help with low tire pressure all the way around and a set of lugnuts to replace. Pretty simple stuff but it seemed that everyone was busy. The manager and the Cashier stepped up and took care of my problems right away. Now that is what I call great service!! In and out very quickly. You can bet I will be coming to Mavis again!!!
