Inconvenient experience
Information provided to me over the phone was inaccurate. I asked to pay for the tires at time of booking so that the person picking up the vehicle would not need to make payment. The representative advised they could only take deposit but not the balance but that if I could stop by the shop prior to the appointment I would be able to pay the balance. I made a trip to the shop to be told they would not allow that. They would not allow that i be called for the payment also. I must be present to pay. This proved to be extremely inconvenient as I have had to take time off as well as the driver of the vehicle to replace tires. In addition to that we watched the "only man" they have in shop walk around, chat with the front desk staff, and stand outside while the truck waited for tires. When we confronted the front desk about how this was wasting our time she attempted to explain he's the only person she had to do the service and he's doing all that he can. There is absolutely no respect of customers time. This is the first time I have had a bad experience with Mavis. I will now look for a different shop for all future purchases
