They honored my appointment ahead of walk-ins and I really appreciated the great customer service received this morning.

Simple oil change NIGHTMARE
I brought my car in for an inspection, tire rotation and an oil change. They told me they could not pass it because I needed new windshield wipers. Okay. So they have to get the up sale when they can. My wipers were not "unsafe".
About a week later, I noticed oil leaking quite quickly. Then I realized there are spots all over my driveway. The car never leaked oil before.
Took it back, waited an hour or more, they told me the "O ring gasket" was bad, and that changed it and it was fixed.
The next morning, still leaking. Went back in that morning, and they told me it was leaking from a part that they never touched. And were completely un apologetic and unfriendly about it. Pretty much " Not our problem". Asked for a managers name above the manager who works at this location. They told me he was out on medical leave and could offer me no other solutions.
I have now lost time at work, and have to check my oil level multiple times each day.
If I could turn back time, I would have never let them touch anything important on my car.

Went in for an oil change
Went in for an oil change. As usual, I was greeted promptly. I was in and out in less than an hour. The assistant manager, Jacob, was very pleasant and helpful. It was a pleasure doing business here. Will definitely return!
