Mavis Tire - Newington Avis 11

I purchased my tires there about 7 months ago. Two days ago my "low tire pressure" light came on. I brought my vehicle into their store, Brian(Manager) and David (Technician) had me in, checked out and me feeling safe under 20 minutes. GREAT SERVICE! Thank you!

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful experience I had during my recent visit to the Mavis Discount Tire location in Newington, NH.
I came in to have my tires rotated and rebalanced. The customer service representative, Brian, was excellent from start to finish. He was incredibly patient, listened attentively to my needs, and had superb communication skills.
I have unfortunately encountered communication barriers at other establishments in the past simply because I am a foreign person, which has made me feel unwelcome. However, Brian immediately made me feel comfortable. He demonstrated active listening and was committed to understanding my request and ensuring I received exactly what my car needed. There were no communication issues whatsoever—just clear, effective problem-solving.
Brian and the team at the Newington Mavis provided top-tier service. The work on my car was done perfectly, and the entire experience was professional and welcoming.

on 16 Aug I enter this establishment (didn't really know existed until i drove around the large over growth that cover the place). Spoke to a gentleman name Eduardo and asked how much to replace front disks on my Jeep 2009 Cherokee when he quoted the price i was surprised. I also asked to include brake pads in total I saved 3 times what a Portsmouth dealership want to charge my wife. What was the best was at that time he could get it at that moment and completed the tasked in less that 90 min. His assistance Alex gave me a heads up about the caliper and suspension that would need replacement in the future they are the original ones and to be mindful if a for a sound it could make. I really felt they took care of wallet and my car . Definitely hope they get their vehicle state inspection qualification soon so I would be bring my vehicles here for all of my service needs no more dealerships .

While the manager of the store is competent his personal skills are lacking. As a customer I have lots of other options. I use you guys because I bought my tires there when it was NTB. Still trying to like you guys.
