I was a walk in and I needed a tire right then and he told me that it was going to be a 2 hour wait but it was less than 2 hours they are very friendly to all the customers I will keep buying my tires with Mavis tire and brakes

My past experiences, has been very good, Scott the manager is the best that I have had to work with on my car.I am a senior citizen, a widow and I can depend on his knowledge about my car.He sent a message and said it's time to change your oil.I appreciate that.

Great service today and even though I am hurting for funds Scot really worked with me and made it possible for me to keep my ride going without breaking my wallet 10 out of of 10 I give this place service at the Mavis in northport

Warning for anyone thinking about using Mavis in northport - took my 2019 Subaru wrx in to get new tires mounted and balanced. Specifically told them only to do that and nothing else. When I went to pickup my car they had put in new TPMS without asking ($40) and had also been joyriding my car, the peak boost went from 6.8 when I dropped it off to 21.6 when I picked it up, which basically means whoever drove it was flooring it. They put over 4 miles on my car just to “make sure the tires rode good”. I’ve never had a tire shop drive my vehicle just to test tires. I’d advise staying as far away as possible from them

The Northport store continues to impress me with their level of service. I recently called for a front end alignment. They got me right in and did an excellent job.

I had a totally positive experience at Mavis Tires and Brakes. Scott was cordial, informative, and accommodating. I left my car for about an hour, and returned to find it ready to go. I would recommend then to any if my friends needing new tires or replacements.

I made an appointment for a new tire and was told the person who put my tire on broke the studs and I needed to go the dealer right away. I was like no you guys need to fix it, it wasn’t broken I also had to tell them to put spare tire back and find the cover to the tire valve they lost. I went back the next day for them to fix the studs when I got home one of the lug nuts was broken I went for the 3rd time for them to fix it. They said they broke the cover off and would have to order a new one. I will go back tomorrow for the 4th visit. Obviously they didn't expect me to notice the spare tire they didn’t put back, the missing tire vale cap, the broken lug nut and they thought they could blame the broken stud in the firefighter who helped me change my flat.
