The Staff was Polite and Professional. They understood my needs and fulfillled them. The price was what I was quoted and my car was completed within the timeframe expressed to me.

So efficient and they run on time which is great when waiting on my car.

I had a separated tire and I have a truck with a trailer. I told the service advisor iwas in a hurry. He was super helpful, he got me right in and changed the tire I was in and out in 30 minutes. I purchase all my tires at Mavis, they are simply the best. Great job guys your the best!

So entirely disgusted and disappointed in Mavis Tires Oldsmar.

My first visit was due to an overheating issue. I had my tow company tow to Mavis Tires in oldsmar.

Greg called me back later in the day and stated the radiator had a crack in the top where a hose to the overflow comes out. Unfortunately it is not repairable and had to be replaced. I did see the radiator. Radiator, fluid, system check $1161.

Within a few days the car overheated again and had to leave it in a parking lot overnight. Checked the car in the am, fluid was gone. Had to have car towed again to Mavis in Oldsmar. This time it was a small plastic piece towards the cabin. $54.28

After this car overheated again and was stuck in South Tampa. Car was towed back to Mavis to find out that there was a hose that needed to be replaced. Said they did multiple checks, took the car out for a ride, let it run said it was fixed.

Another overheating and my patience level was at its max but I brought it back (I was actually able to drive it this time) each time because they are the ones that originally fixed it and everything was warrantied. I was told to take it to the Nissan dealer and bring it back to them??????? Sound ridiculous right?

This time it was an issue with the overflow tank, meanwhile I spent money on gallons of antifreeze for each time the problem reared it’s ugly head again.

Greg said it was all fixed again and the same thing happened with the overheating. He explained that the system was a pressurized system and that the cap on the radiator and overflow was apparently wrong and not holding pressure therefore that is the reason for it not working.

I assumed it was fixed and now mid November we are right back and the same issues. This was a car for my son, we checked the car every day or two and again fluid was leaking out until finally going over the Howard Franklin bridge the car stopped running at 2:30 am of which he was stuck until AAA could tow the car yet again,almost a one hour wait in the middle of the night.

Car doesn’t start, towed to a mechanic in Seminole which he ran a system check and diagnostic said the heads are blown. Was it the first, second, third, fourth or fifth time who knows but considering the loss of fluid I would say one of the first. Such a total shame and yes I absolutely hold them responsible for the ultimate end to the car.

I want to warn customers of my situation as again having your son call you stuck, 5 tows, being stuck late at night, 8 gallons of antifreeze. If they couldn’t fix it, then they should have said so and not continually take my money and charge me for more and more. I will not refer, recommend or reconsider taking any of my vehicles back to Mavis.
