I went to get a wheel alignment
I went to get a wheel alignment, both of my front tires were worn in the inside. He only did one side because I was there outside on the overhead door watching him. Told him I wasn’t happy. They put the car back in on the machine, sure enough they had to realign both front wheels again.
They had improperly done the job.
If I wouldn’t have said anything I would’ve left with no work done on my car and $130 wasted. And the mechanic was on the phone half the time. Very unhappy with the work done.

I was in a rush so I appreciate the fast and quantity service. But lesson to learn only come here for tire repairs because I think there excellent for tires.

Mavis doesn’t care about customer safety
Purchased 4 65,000 Goodyear tires in 2019. Had 1st sidewall blowout 8/4/23 (36,000 miles on tires). 2nd sidewall blowout 9/10/2023. Mavis acknowledged dry rot the issue and offered to replace 1 tire at cost ($67). I said what about the remaining tires they're clearly unsafe and Joe C (Asst. mgr) told me to take it up with Goodyear. He let me leave on a donut and 2 faulty tires. Mavis clearly doesn't care about safety and do not stand behind the products they sell.

Replaced one tire due to nail damage and now the car vibrates at approximately 70MPH and above. …
Although to a lesser degree the vibration problem still exists from the initial time the one tire was replaced. This appointment was strictly to correct the vibration problem from the initial repair work.
