Mavis Tire - Tyrone Blvd Avis 18

With a pair of roofing projects going on in my neighborhood, I became the unwelcomed beneficiary of (2) punctured tires within one week. Both times and without hesitation I scurried up to Mavis where I've done business for years. As usual I was met with efficiency, courtesy, and professionalism. The staff at the Tyronne Blvd, St Petersburg location is "squared away".

Honest, Good and Fast service.

When a manager looks at you and tells you that he can take care of that and he does exactly what he said he was going to do with no come back tomorrow or next week , then that the place I want my truck to be worked on. Thanks. L P

Just had tires and front suspension replaced. Gave me a great price and stayed a little late until I could get there to pick my car up. Corey was just promoted to store manager from the 4th Street store and he hired Omar, so I feel like they will turn the store around and get the ratings up into the 4+ plus range.

Never had a worse experience in multiple attempts to have car serviced at mavis. I've tried every Mavis in town to warranty faulty past work and new services alike. Management holds zero accountability for services incomplete and consistently gave me the run around(boldy lied) about issues, services rendered and completion times. Now after receiving car back after store manager confirmed service completion, yet having the same exact issues(multiple conversations were discussed with store management/Ralph via this issue). Attempted to speak with him again(along with regional managers) to no avail. Terrible business
ethics, accountability and after not fixing the reported issues- downright theft. I implore all consumers to please do yourself a favor and take your car elsewhere. Mavis stores in Saint Petersburg, FL.

They always take good care of us. Only one issue when having a tire repaired. Make sure the tire pressure is the same as the other tires.

Last night, I got a nail in my tire after business hours. I drove to the Tyrone location, dropped it off, and returned the next day. The staff was friendly, courteous, and efficiently got me back on the road. Since moving to Florida, I've been through many tire issues, and this place is truly awesome in my opinion. Plus, they're open on Sundays. Lanettia has helped me the last two times. If she’s in, you’re going to have a good day.

I have been going to Mavis Tires for years. They are very honest and they don’t pressure you to do work that can wait . I did my oil change today and was in and out in 45 minutes.

The worst experience ever !!!!! Scheduled an appointment to have my brakes looked at. Dropped the vehicle off @ 1:30pm. Was told by the rep that my vehicle would be done the same day. I run an a/c company and needed my vehicle. Checked on my vehicle at 5:30 because no one had called to let me know if I needed rotors...Was told by the rep that one of the mechanics had to leave early. My vehicle sat for 4 hours. When I Picked the vehicle up the rep stated come back on Sunday 6/18/23 Really ???!!! Never again

They were great. We came in with a tire loosing air. They diagnosed and fixed the problem in about twenty minutes and we were on our way. Highly recommend them for any tire related services. Very professional.

Great job again had another shop tell me that my steering wheel was fine after they did the four wheel alignment it was not straight my truck has 18k it should be in the middle they tech said it’s the emblem 😂 Mavis looked at it camber was off truck is back to Oem like when I first purchased it thanks again to the Tech he has service my other car for the same thing and always finds other shops mistakes never talks bad about anybody but point’s out what was over looked.
